Movie Night Event

On July 11th, Tong De Association, SA Health Wellbeing, and Today Adelaide Media co-hosted a Movie Night event. The event, sponsored by SA Health Wellbeing, focused on women’s health and cervical cancer screening.

The event took place at Norwood HOYTS Cinema. Dr. Jane Zhang, an highly reputable gynecologist, gave a presentation on cervical cancer, emphasising the need for regular check-ups. Over 120 people participated in the film event, and the cinema was packed with an enthusiastic crowd. Attendees received artistic postcards related to the film, and had the chance to win prizes and watched the very popular suspenseful crime film “Lost in Stars”. Thanks to our sponsors Reskin Laser Clinic and PH8 Spring Water.

The Movie Night event received overwhelming positive feedback, and everyone enthusiastically requested for the continuation of such a fantastic event. Tong De Association is determined to organise more events in the future to promote health awareness and community engagement. Follow our WeChat account for updates. Also watch this space!
